By accessing or using ProxyHorizon ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

ProxyHorizon is a proxy comparison and review platform that provides users with tools to discover, compare, and evaluate proxy service providers. We aggregate publicly available data, user-submitted reviews, and provider-provided information to help users make informed purchasing decisions. ProxyHorizon does not itself provide proxy services, sell proxies, or guarantee the performance of any listed provider.

To access certain features (such as submitting reviews or saving favorites), you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. ProxyHorizon reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to: use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; submit false, misleading, or fraudulent reviews; attempt to manipulate ratings, rankings, or search results; scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Platform without written permission; impersonate another person or entity; upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content; interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure; or use the Platform to promote competing proxy comparison services.

By submitting reviews, comments, or other content ("User Content"), you grant ProxyHorizon a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating the Platform. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content, and that it does not violate any third-party rights. We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove User Content at our sole discretion.

All content on ProxyHorizon — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and data compilations — is the property of ProxyHorizon or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. The ProxyHorizon name, logo, and all related trademarks are the property of ProxyHorizon. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

ProxyHorizon is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any provider data, pricing, reviews, or recommendations displayed on the Platform. In no event shall ProxyHorizon be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

ProxyHorizon may earn affiliate commissions when users click on provider links and make purchases. These relationships do not influence our rankings, ratings, or editorial content. We clearly disclose affiliate relationships where applicable. Provider listings and rankings are based on objective criteria including user reviews, pricing data, and feature comparisons.

We may terminate or suspend your access to ProxyHorizon immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration. You agree that any legal action or proceeding related to ProxyHorizon shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate courts.
